Master Termite specialist state certified, recertified annually for the past 14 years. Pest prevention, with specialty pests included (fire ants, bed bugs, bees, fleas etc.) Real estate inspections (Clemson trained and certified) CL100, WDO, WDIR licensed. Dave Staib has 14 years as a certified licensed applicator with the world’s largest pest-control company. He was also their operations manager and trainer. Kelly joined the team full-time in 2019. She left corporate America with over 13 years of business development in Human Resources to join the family business. Kelly is a registered technician in South Carolina after completing pest and termite training. She will also be running operations, sales and marketing. Kelly is excited to continue her passion to work with people and provide exceptional customer service and build long term relationships with internal and external customers.

Dale Perry

SERVICE MANAGER & LEAD TECHNICIAN

Dale is the field service manager here at Freedom Pest Services. He graduated from Purdue University and has received numerous pest control certifications, including South Carolina Pesticide Applicator license, Bed Bug Certification, Termite Biology and Control from Texas A&M, & Urban and Industrial IPM. Before coming to Freedom Pest Services, Dale was in a management position for a well-known corporate pest control company. He says he enjoys working here because as a family-owned local business he is able to build new relationships with clients. When he isn’t working, you will find Dale spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.
