How much do you charge for estimates?
We offer free estimates for all of our pest control services & crawl space restorations. Please fill out the form on our contact page, or give us a call, and we would be more than happy to help you.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes, we offer military, first responders, and senior citizens discounts. We also have a referral program that allows you to get a free standard pest control service if you refer someone to us and they sign up for recurring services.
How long will my service take?
Typically a standard pest control service will take about 30 minutes. Please keep in mind that crawl space restoration, moisture control, and termite treatment will take longer.
Do I need to be home?
Unless you have a current active issue inside, you aren’t required to be home. Pest Control Services will cover the exterior and garage.
Are your technicians trained and licensed?
All of our technicians are highly trained with industry leading techniques. Most pest control companies have 1 person licensed, and everyone simply works under that license. Here at Freedom Pest Services, we actually have 50% of our staff licensed!

Do I need pest control in the winter?
Absolutely. Our standard pest control services are bi-monthly year-round. When it’s cold outside spiders, and other pests, are looking for a warm place to stay… which will very easily become the inside of your home. We do offer specialty seasonal pest control for pests that are only out and about during the warmer wet months.
If pests reappear after treatment, does that mean my pest control treatment failed?
No. Some pests will require multiple treatments in order to eliminate them properly. The level of infestation will also determine how many treatments are necessary. No need to worry though, if you have a service agreement with us, we offer a warranty for in-between services if a pest becomes an issue.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Once the treatments have dried, they are safe for everyone including pets.
I have a new construction house on a slab, am I in the clear from termites?
Unfortunately no. No matter the age of the home, or what type of foundation you have, everyone is susceptible to termites. Only a professionally applied termite treatment will prevent termite entry.
Do I need termite treatment if I don’t see them, or have traces of damage from them?
Yes. When termites are out and about swarming around, it’s usually only for a few minutes. If you have an infestation, there’s a good chance you wouldn’t just see them hanging out. Termites cause damage from the inside out. This means if you see the damage, it’s probably a little late and there’s a lot of damage that has occurred.
